How to apply LISTERINE® WHITENING® Quick Dissolving Strips

Please read instructions thoroughly before using LISTERINE® WHITENING® Quick Dissolving Strips.

Remove Strip From Pouch
Carefully tear foil where indicated and remove strip from pouch. |

Apply To Lower Teeth
Hold strip in front of you with notch in top left-hand corner. Align bottom edge of strip with gumline and press evenly against bottom teeth. Do not apply strips directly to gums. Fold excess strip (notched edge) behind teeth to secure. |

Apply To Upper Teeth
Hold strip in front of you with notch in bottom right-hand corner. Align top edge of strip with gumline and press evenly against upper teeth. Do not apply strips directly to gums. Fold excess strip (notched edge) behind teeth to secure.

Correct orientation of the notched edge will assure proper side of strip is in direct contact with your teeth. |
Then, simply dissolve:
- On average, the strips dissolve in 5-10 minutes once applied to teeth.
- While there is no need to brush or rinse after use, it is okay to do so after strips have dissolved.
- The strips should be used twice a day for 2 weeks. The second daily application can follow the first one right away, or anytime after that. Just be sure to use 2 full sets (4 strips) per day for optimal results.
- Each strip is designed to work on either upper or lower teeth.
- Use twice daily for two weeks for noticeably whiter teeth.
For best results:
- First apply to lower teeth (notch: top left) and then to upper teeth (notch: bottom right).
- Apply with clean/dry hands.
- Do not pull or stretch the strip when applying.
- Wait to eat or drink until strips are dissolved (on average 5-10 minutes).
- Store in a cool, dry place.
