1. With LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen you should see a noticeable difference in the whiteness of your teeth in just two weeks.

17. Will I notice any whitening results before two weeks of using LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen?

1. You should start to notice whiter teeth after several days of using the LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen, but the amount of whitening will depend on the amount of staining of your teeth.

17. Can LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen whiten veneers, bonding and other dental restorations?

1. LISTERINE ®WHITENING® Pen will only whiten natural teeth. It will not whiten or harm crowns, caps, fillings, bonding, veneers, dentures or other dental restorations.

17. What are the key ingredients found in LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen?

1. LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen contains hydrogen peroxide for whitening.

17. Does LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen contain alcohol?

1. No, LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen does not contain alcohol.

17. How do I get the gel on the tip of the sponge?

1. Simply twist the applicator from the bottom of the pen and twist until you see a few drops of gel on the sponge tip. The first time you twist may require extra turns, but be careful not to over twist in subsequent usage.

17. How much gel should I use?

1. About 1-2 full turns of the dial should produce enough gel to cover about 3 teeth.

17. How frequently should LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen be used?

1. LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen should be used once a day for a maximum of 14 consecutive days and can also be used up to three times a day.

1. For better results, avoid eating, drinking or smoking for 30 minutes after applying. If tooth sensitivity or gum irritation occur, discontinue use and consult a dentist.

1. Yes, LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen is safe for your tooth enamel. The pen contains the same whitening ingredient used by most dentists. And, studies have shown no harmful effects on tooth enamel when used as directed.

17. Can LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen be used with sensitive teeth or other dental conditions?

1. The gel in LISTERINE® WHITENING® Pen is safe for oral tissues. Temporary gum discomfort or tooth sensitivity may occur when using whitening products. If significant discomfort or sensitivity develops, discontinue use. If you have other dental conditions or if the problem persists, consult your dentist.
